1. Our Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our plants and products. All plants are guaranteed to arrive healthy and in excellent condition. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

2. Plant Health Guarantee

Arrival Condition

We guarantee that all plants will arrive alive and healthy. If your plant arrives damaged, diseased, or in poor condition:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographs of the plant and packaging
  • We will replace the plant or provide a full refund

30-Day Plant Health Guarantee

We offer a 30-day health guarantee on all plants when proper care instructions are followed:

  • Plant must remain in original pot for at least 2 weeks
  • Care instructions must be followed as provided
  • Contact us with concerns before the plant dies
  • Photographic evidence required for claims

3. Return Eligibility

Non-Plant Products

Pots, soil, fertilizers, and accessories may be returned within 30 days if:

  • Items are unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • Items are not custom or personalized

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Living plants after 30 days (except under health guarantee)
  • Opened bags of soil or fertilizer
  • Custom phytodesign installations
  • Consultation services already rendered
  • Gift cards

4. Return Process

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at askuse@sectionrealprodu.world or call +1 (620) 872-0006
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and instructions
  4. Package items securely in original packaging when possible
  5. Ship items to our return address (provided upon authorization)

Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Damaged plants: No return shipping required; we send replacement

5. Refund Process

Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items
  • Inspection of returned items must confirm they meet return criteria
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Bank processing may take additional 5-10 business days

Refund Amount

  • Full purchase price for items meeting return criteria
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • Restocking fee of 15% may apply to large items

6. Exchanges

We gladly exchange items for different sizes, colors, or varieties:

  • Contact us within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must meet return eligibility criteria
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
  • Exchange shipping costs may apply

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  • Contact us immediately with photographic evidence
  • Do not discard damaged items until we've assessed the claim
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund
  • Return of damaged items may not be required

8. Consultation and Service Refunds

For consultation services and phytodesign projects:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before appointment: Full refund
  • Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund
  • No-shows: No refund
  • Dissatisfaction with completed service: Case-by-case review
